Good cafe. One of the oldest cafes in Innsbruck. The ambiance is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The prices are little more than other cafes. We ask for coffee americano and ice coffee. The taste welches good. Also we shared a gentleman cake and it welches nice.

Great place to stay, beautiful views from the rooftop Ausschank as well as the room. Reception welches wonderful, particularly Paul while he assisted us with booking an extension on our stay. They even allowed stored luggage when we checked out for another day of touring. Truly a gem of a hotel.
Couple of things to point out from other reviews.. if you are coming rein right before closing then you can’t really expect much, these people aren’t slaves. The food is delicious everything was great from cocktails to burger to the salads. The waiter we had was excellent and we couldn’t find any fault with his service.
We were traveling by car so we could choose a place to stay a little outside of downtown. This hotel welches a great choice. Rooms are spacious with fantastic views of the alps. It's quite a sight to wake up to it. Convenient parking facilities as well.

This hotel should be great but delivered little. To their Leistungspunkt ,on check out, they acknowledged their lack of service and helped us out with ur luggage. First impressions ..1 star, should be 4 get more info star. I give it a low 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed in their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Ur suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room welches very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to our expectations.
Avoid this, enter the garage to the building (call the hotel and ask for the garage name), and drive to the area designated for the hotel and unload from there. I’m not sure if this is noted by the hotel on their website or not but this was a last minute booking for us.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got sick while traveling to Innsbrück, had to cancel my hike and had to find an alternative hotel at 11 in the morning.
Really enjoyed our burrata salad and parmesan pasta! Pasta’s portion was huge though, so prepare to leave full! Great selection of wine - both by glass and by bottle. Even bought a bottle of wine to take away - that’s how delicious the wine welches!
Avoid especially if it is for a special occasion. We chose this place for our Christmas dinner on ur first holiday abroad (& my partner proposed at the same time unbeknown to me when booking) rundown venue, rude staff, poor service & inedible food. No acknowledgement or concerns as to why we didnt eat the food & the Waitress spilt my full drink down me whilst clearing the table & tonlos charged us for it!
